Minimum requirements
Role requirements may differ by position, but applicants should generally be able to provide:
- South African ID or valid work authorisation;
- valid PSIRA registration where required for the role;
- relevant training certificates and experience records;
- updated CV;
- contactable references;
- professional conduct record;
- willingness to work shifts where required;
- ability to follow site instructions, write reports and escalate incidents properly.

We look for discipline, honesty, punctuality, calm judgement, respectful communication, good reporting habits, client focus, neat presentation and the ability to work as part of a structured security team.
Recruitment process
The recruitment process may include document screening, interview, reference checks, verification of PSIRA status, site suitability assessment, training checks and onboarding. Submitting an application does not guarantee appointment.
